Our team of Designers and Engineers use industry leading 3D software to design, validate the data. Our integrated systems allow data transfer from our design department to the machining department seamlessly . Using an all-integrated system not only ensures accuracy but also eliminates human error, thereby reducing lead-times and achieving accurate results. We work with all 3D file formats.

Whether it’s medium hardened steel tools for pre-production runs or hardened steel tools for high-volume runs, our short turnaround times allow our customers to get new projects up and running within their time frame.
Our Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) and Direct Machining capabilities enable us to quickly convert part database files into finished products. Complex curvatures and contours are no match for our CNC experts. We can quickly machine any material with our high-speed CNC mills. We have in-house programmers, working round the clock to ensure maximum efficiency is derived while maintaining the integrity of the machine.
Our moulds are manufactured with precision and durability using the latest materials and mould designing techniques. We have complete control over the mould-making process thanks to our in-house CNC Milling, EDM, Wire EDM, Heat Treatment, and Polishing.
Whether you require sampling, prototyping or high volume production tooling, our toolroom is perfectly suited to our customers’ stringent tolerances and short lead-times.
